 The six minute short film “Star” directed by Guy Ritchie ,had the singer Madonna as the Star and Clive Owen as the driver. This short film was a cinema commercial for the BMW car. At the start Clive Owen was describing what Madonna looked like: The million dollar voice, her eyes & more. Clive Owen was paid to take her to a premier and give the star what ever she wanted and when she wanted it one was when she demanded the driver to go faster, he ended up drifting and going faster than she wanted, Madonna was stumbling and crashing all over the car. When Clive Owen parked at the front of the premier Madonna’s door opened and Madonna flew out and landed on the red carpet and had coffee all over her.

 I really enjoyed this short film because it had exciting music and action to it. I give this film an eight out of ten.

In the book “Reach for the stars” there is a girl named chloe she absolutly loves to sing and spends many hours practising in her bedroom, chloe also uses her hair brush for a pretend microphone and pretends that there is an imaginary crowd right in front of her. So when Chole gets the opportunity to audtion for Rockley Park (A school for Wannabe Pop stars) Chloe is Determined To make The grade.But first she has to tell her parents that her goal is about to come true.She does know that this Audition will be hard but life in the Music Buisness is deffinetly not all about Glitz and Glamour. WILL SHE REDEEM HER DREAM?

I hope you have a look at reading this book because i know i deffinetly enjoyed it

In Twilight there is a girl Named Bella Swan(Kristen Stewart) and she lived with her mother and step Dad but they kept on moving to different houses. Bella Then got anoyyed and moved with her father to the town of Forks,Washington.She had been at school for about a week and she then  thought something was strange about this boy Named Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and the Cullen Family . Two days in a row he saved her twice and it got evan more stranger. She researched and studied him and finally figured he was a vampire she met his vampire family. Bella and Edward spent quality time with each other and they soon fell in love. Three other Evil Vampires smelt her scent when the cullen family and bella was playing baseball and then the three was trying to chase her. the cullen family did what ever it took to help save Bella but one got to her and bit her with his fangs and and put venem in her wrist and she had to then go to hostpital. In the end Bella had healed and went to prom with Edward and had a great time.

That was  the story of Twilight.

Wesley Dean Carr was born on September 14 ,1982. He was born in Adelaide. Before he auditioned on Australian Idol he Joined forces with Silverchairs Ben Gillies And formed a band called Tambalane. There albums Little Miss Liar and Free had some success on Triple J and on Australian Music charts. Due to lack of financial backing the band broke up and went different way’s after they finished touring at the end of 2005 .

In may 2006, Wes left to work with CJ Vanston in los angles to co-write a song called Say My Name that showed in the 2006 film For your Consideration.

In 2007 Wes Recorded a song Simple sum the Electric Avenues Studio in Sydney with the help of Paul McKercher, Greg Royal, Gerard Masters and Hamish Stuart.Jim Moginie of Midnight Oil and Melanie Horsnell also guest starred on this recording. Wes Met with Missy Higgins, Andrew Farris ,Paul Mac, Don Walker and Abby Dobson.

In 2008 Wes Carr Auditioned on Australian idol, sung his way to the finish line and won! Songs of his include Fearless, Feels like woah, The way the world looks, you and Love is an animal. You was certified Gold in its 2nd week and platnium in its 4th week.

Today We versed Fulham north in soccer (for girls) and i had so much fun. I also played soccer with only one soccer sock it was so funny but very Fashionable, because I lost it at home. When we played I was Midfield Which is my favourite position, My team mates said that I was the star(On Fire) of the team because I was everywhere. Soccer is my favourite Sport and went you get to know it more you begin to like it. We also won soccer 4  / 2 it was so fun .

Heyy Everyone It’s Snicker Nika Again!!

For term three we started a new inquiry task and that was                          WHY IS THE WORLD COMING TO ADELAIDE? We learnt many things like why different cultures and countries come to Adelaide. They might have came to Adelaide because of a war or there might of of been a sponsored person for a job.

Task: Our task was to form a group of three randomly and make a rap that unpacks. We had to create a suitcase full of a application’s and artifact’s from or made up person,There also had to have things that they had brought over from there home country.My partners were Footirian and Samster

Our person had to include an ocupation, age, name and a birth date. Person was called Maush Mesay and h was 32 and a half years old, he came from Ethiopia and he worked as a Butcher. He came to Adelaide with is wife and daughter.

Hi i am about to talk a little bit of how i would notice people with a different culture than me in Adelaide.

In my class there are many cultures like :

Greek

New Zealand

Italy

Asia

England

German

& Many more

 My backround Culture is New Zealand and my friend hayledge.

I notice them when they have a different skin tone colour, Different types of clothes like a robe or i would notice a type of religion.

Adelaide has many people who don’t come from Australia ,who come from different countrys like the countries on this map.There are many cultures all over the world and most of them come to Australia.

My quote that I chose was “leadership cannot really be taught. It can only be learned”. I chose it because it made sense and it also was nice and easy.

My Meaning

I think it means that when you want to learn something you have to learn yourself and not be taught by someone who knows what it mean so what I have been trying to say is that if you want to be a leader you have got to learn it yourself.

Every day life

If there were two boys fighting about wanting a lolly and one of the boys tried to sort out the fight. Then one of the boys that was in the fight decided that they can share and that boy was being a good leader.

Do you like Ipods? Well I’m in an argument for Ipods to stay in our classroom. I would like them to stay in our class because i enjoy listening to music, it doesnt distract me and it blocks out other distractions.

For some students and people in the class it can be a distraction but to me it doesnt matter

I would like the ipods to stay in our classroom also because it could be a treat when the class has been good. I would still have to agree with the point when we get the teacher to check the ipods first because there could be some inappropriate things on their ipods.

This is another bad thing that could happen and this is that someones ipod could go missing like someone could take it or they could loose it.

I am sort of in the middle of this argument but i am mostly wanting the ipods to stay

did you know that ipods can be dangerous when the music is to loud, when the earphones  are in your ears you could get struck by lighting if they are metal and if the music is to loud and you are walking or riding you could get hit by a verical.

I hope you all agree with me and if you can please coment on this post and i will reply.
